­      Tammy Blais is a Connecticut based artist who specializes in coastal oil paintings. She loves to paint birds, flowers, landscapes, and little homes, all with a whimsical view.

­      Growing up in Rhode Island, frequent visits to the coast always gave her inspiration and calmness, which sets the tone today in here creations. With this she takes soft and tranquil color tones and often adds pops of color.

­      She lets her imagination control her creations and feels art can be whatever the creator wants it to be. Tammy hopes her paintings invoke happiness in those viewing her work.

­      She works on stretched canvas of various sizes, smooth board, and linen paper. Her days are spent on her professional photography career with Blue Diamond Photography, and she uses painting as an additional creative outlet.
