Ways to Donate to Artists' Cooperative Gallery of Westerly

Do you Love Art and Community?
Join Us and Support Both!

The Artists’ Cooperative Gallery of Westerly is a non-profit art organization dedicated to supporting and nurturing the visual arts in the greater Westerly/Pawcatuck area. We are proud to be increasing awareness and appreciation of the visual arts,  building  an arts community through mutual support, cooperation and education, and providing artists with an opportunity to develop, exhibit and sell their work.

Here are four ways you can help!

CONTRIBUTE TO OUR ANNUAL APPEAL
TO BE AN IMMEDIATE PART OF EVERYTHING WE DO

For more than thirty years The Artists Cooperative Gallery has been hosting monthly open house receptions free to the public where we celebrate the opening of a new monthly show of artists work including paintings, drawings, sculpture and fine crafts.

The public is invited to view the art and meet the artists and  enjoy our Gallery Shop full of cards, prints, small original art. To this regular schedule we add additional special shows, classes, demonstrations  and talks.

The gallery’s home in the beautiful Westerly Train Station is a stimulating environment where lovers of art and community gather to enjoy the visual arts along with poetry, music, classes, talks and more.

We invite you to be a part of all of this with a donation of any size to our ANNUAL APPEAL. For more information, contact Co-Secretary, Lora Cobden, by clicking her name.

BECOME A MEMBER

We are an ALL VOLUNTEER, 501c3 organization with several categories of membership detailed on the ABOUT US page on this site. For more information, contact Membership Chair, Donna Mazzone, by clicking her name.

Are you an artist? Become a member of our very active artists community and exhibit your art in our beautiful gallery at the Westerly Train Station. We welcome artists of all media. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion or sex. For more information and an application form, see our Join As An Artist page on this site.

SPONSOR
A SHOW OR AN EVENT

The arts mean business! Let us feature your business as a show’s sponsor at our opening reception and in the gallery for the duration of the entire month of the show or event. Share your commitment to our creative community of artists and the value the arts community adds to the depth and richness of life along the Connecticut and Rhode Island shoreline.

For more information on becoming a sponsor and all its wonderful benefits, contact artist member, Karen Hayden, by clicking her name.

DONATE TO OUR MEMORIAL FUND
IN MEMORY OF OR IN HONOR OF SOMEONE SPECIAL
OR START AN ARTS LEGACY OF YOUR OWN

Our established MEMORIAL FUND provides an opportunity for you to create a lasting legacy for someone in our community of artists and art appreciators, to honor a deserving friend or relative or to remember someone special with named award or event.  You can begin your own arts legacy with us. Donations of all sizes are welcome as are stocks and mutual funds. Named awards and other options are possible.

For more information and to talk about this opportunity to leave a legacy of support for the arts, contact artist member, Lynn Anderson, by clicking her name. If you have already mentioned us in your will, please let us know so we can thank you.
