­      After years of working as a commercial artist, Janet Dassau moved from New York to Newport,RI (and now resides in Connecticut) There she rekindled her love of photography and mixed media art.

­      “I enjoy bringing together graphic design and nature.  Many of my photographs deal with the juxtaposition of abstraction and nature. Having a degree in design helps me view the world in patterns, forms,texture and balance.”
