Caroline Collins Acrylic Painter
Caroline Collins draws inspiration from her intuitive practices and spiritual insights. Through her paintings, she strives to explore her own life and beliefs by creating visuals that symbolize that journey. Recurring themes in her work include our oneness with the universe and the profound realization that our internal experiences shape our perception of reality.
"I primarily use acrylic paint on canvas, a medium that allows me to layer patterns. My work is heavily influenced by universal symbolism, yogic philosophy, and the Impressionist movement. I use symbolism through nature or archetypes within different religions and practices. Meditation opens my mind, enabling me to channel images that transcend words and connect to a reality where my thoughts no longer influence my vision. My love for Impressionism stems from its vibrant use of color and expressive brushstrokes, which convey movement that resonate with my soul’s language.
Looking forward, I aim to continue creating pieces that reflect my personal journey inward, while expressing our connectedness to the greater fabric of our existence. By translating these ideas into form, I hope to shift the frequency of those who come in contact with me and my art, to an awareness of love.
For me, the process of painting is as meaningful as the outcome—each stroke is part of a larger journey greater than myself, revealing the hidden messages of the universe. While the meaning of my work often eludes me at the start, the act of painting reveals it, one layer at a time.
